Cancellation conditions

• After receiving the DEPOSIT, your booking is FIXED and can no longer be cancelled!

Legal
Corona regulation!

• You can rebook or cancel free of charge if:
  - our Haus Helga or Obertauern has been officially closed
  - Obertauern, Salzburg Land (not Salzburg Stad) or Austria has been declared a risk area by your home country
  - if the borders are closed and you cannot travel
